85°C Bakery Cafe, an international bakery cafe specializing in bread, cakes, coffee and tea, is pleased to announce the grand opening of its central kitchen in Brea, California. The 70,000 sq. ft. central kitchen will serve all of 85°C’s existing and future stores throughout Southern California.
“We’re excited to be in the City of Brea,” said Stephanie Peng, 85°C Bakery Cafe’s PR Manager. “The location of our central kitchen, along with our state-of-the-art logistics system, allows us to deliver semi-finished products to each of our stores in Southern California multiple times a day.”
With its advanced production equipment and rigorous operating procedures, the Brea central kitchen will allow 85°C to continue its commitment to provide the highest quality products for its customers. In line with its devotion to freshness, 85°C’s baked products will still be baked on-site at each of our stores.
85°C Bakery Cafe initially built a small central kitchen in 2011 in Irvine, California, to support its first 4 U.S. stores. However, with its plans for rapid expansion in Southern California, 85°C quickly sought to establish a much bigger central kitchen.
