85°C Bakery Cafe is proud to participate in the annual The Taste event hosted by The Los Angeles Times. During this event, 85°C collaborated with the Taiwan Tourism Bureau to take part in the “Oh Bear” campaign. 85°C Master Chefs prepared over 500 customized pastries and named them “Beary Cookie Bun” as an ode to the Taiwanese black bear. Guests and participants alike were awed at the sight of the “Beary Cookie Bun” for not only its cuteness but also its delightful taste. With over 200 other restaurant participating at the LA Time “The Taste” event, 85°C did not disappoint with its innovation and creativity.
