Welcome and thank you for choosing 85°C Bakery Cafe to celebrate and fundraise!

By inviting your friends & family to 85°C on a specified night, you can earn a percentage of the sales you bring in for your organization.

85°C will provide flyers for you to print that you can use to circulate among your supporters during a pre-designated date and time frame with 25% of sales donated directly to your cause.

HOW IT WORKS

Your organization will pass out flyers to use at 85°C Bakery Cafe

Your supporters will then present the flyers to the cashier at checkout

85°C will donate 25% of sales towards your organization for each flyer presented

ELIGIBILITY

  • K–12 Schools (PTAs/PTOs, STEM Clubs, Senior Prom)
  • University Groups (Intramural Sports, Greek Life, College Radio)
  • Youth Sports Teams (Little League, Soccer, etc.)
  • Libraries and Community Centers
  • Non-Profits (American Cancer Society, Animal Shelters, United Way)

APPLICATION

We need at least three weeks’ notice in order to schedule your event. This is to give our bakeries time to prepare and you time to promote your fundraiser!

Steps

  1. Fill out the application below, including requested date and location.  (Date is only a request and will not be booked until you receive an approval message from our 85°C team.)
  2. Receive approval message and further details on your event.
  3. Hand out flyers to friends and family.
  4. On the day of your event, send out reminders to friends & family. The more friends that come, the more you earn.
  5. During the event, your friends & family submit their flyers to our associates at check out.
  6. The associates will record their sales.
  7. After the event we will add up all applicable sales and calculate 25% of those sales (tax amount not applicable toward 25%.)
  8. Once processed, we will issue the organizers a check for the proceeds earned.
